Hi, I’m Peter Worsnop, owner of Pacific Ridge Property Services. I provide practical, dependable property help for homeowners, rental owners, Airbnb hosts, realtors, property managers and small businesses across California’s Central Coast.

My background started in residential construction and remodeling, learning the work hands-on through custom homes, renovations and property improvements. Over the years, while building a successful career in technology and business leadership, I also bought, improved and renovated residential properties. That combination gave me both the hands-on experience to solve problems and an owner’s perspective on maintaining and improving property.

Today, Pacific Ridge brings those experiences together: practical workmanship, clear communication, accountability and dependable follow-through.
